Newspace offers one-on-one portfolio reviews with notable local photographers and curators from the Portland area. This is a great opportunity to have your work critiqued and to get advice from a professional in the field. Sessions are 45 minutes.

The Newspace Board of Directors is currently seeking new members for a general board position and specifically the position of Treasurer. The prospective board member should have non-profit experience, enthusiasm for the arts, and a desire to contribute to the strength of the organization.

Two artists are chosen each year for one-month residencies at Newspace Center for Photography. The program is intended to support talented, self-directed emerging/mid-career photographers in realizing their artistic goals and visions. Resident artists will also serve as a source of inspiration and guidance for the many students and beginning photographers who create and learn at the Center.
