Registration & Cancellation Policies

In order to give students, instructors, and Newspace staff enough time to adequately prepare for each class, we recommend that students register more than 5 days before class starts. If we do not receive a minimum number of enrollments for a class that class is subject to cancellation.

::  Payment in full is required upon registration to hold your spot in the class.

::  If a class is cancelled by Newspace you will receive a full refund. Newspace cancels classes no later than five days before the start date of class.

::  You may cancel up to five days in advance to receive a full refund less a $10-per-class processing charge.

::  There will be no refunds or transfers if you cancel with less than five days notice or fail to show up. Newspace cannot be responsible for giving refunds for classes, workshops, or other programming missed due to illness, emergencies, or events beyond our control.

::  Please allow 5-7 business days for all refunds to be processed.

::  Bundle refund policy: if student cancels part of a purchased bundle, the bundle discount no longer applies on the remaining class. All other refund policies remain applicable.
