Mentorship Program

Mentorship is a special opportunity to work one-on-one with a talented artist and mentor to further your photographic vision and goals. Mentorships offer a supportive, collaborative environment in which to advance your photography. Whether you are interested in working towards an exhibition of your work, publishing a book, preparing for a Masters of Fine Arts degree, or starting your own photography business, a mentorship can be an invaluable tool in helping you realize your goals.

Students will have one-hour phone or in-person consultations with mentors every three weeks. Students will receive valuable advice, guidance, and feedback from mentors as they progress towards their set goals. Mentorship sessions will also include assignments tailored to further students’ education and goals and in-depth critiques of work in progress. Contact Newspace Program Director Laura Valenti Jelen for an initial consultation.

Full Year (17 sessions) $1,600

Six Month (8 sessions) $760
