Free Film Screening in our Studio this Friday!

We will be hosting a free screening of the film CONTAINMENT on Friday, July 22, 6:30-8:00pm. Containment is a 2015 award-winning documentary about the disposal of nuclear waste for now—and for the next 10000 years. Part observational essay filmed in weapons plants, Fukushima and deep underground—and part graphic novel—Containment weaves between an uneasy present and an imaginative, troubled far future, exploring the idea that over millennia, nothing stays put. This is also your last chance to view REACTIVE MATTERS, our current exhibition of three artists who reveal the invisible presence of nuclear energy by incorporating radioactive materials into their photographic process. Closing Saturday July 23!
