Your tax-deductible Newspace membership is a direct investment in Portland’s creative community. With your support, Newspace will remain a thriving cultural and community hub for Northwest artists, students, and photography enthusiasts for years to come.

You can sign up or renew your membership over the phone, online or you can download, print and mail the form in.  If you wish to donate without a membership, please select the “donate anonymously” button on the member information page.

Pixel Level (for artists/students) $40

  • Free Entry into our Annual Members’ Showcase, a juried gallery exhibition
  • Admission for one to members-only classes & events

 

 

 

Spy Camera Level (basic) $50

All of the above plus:

  • 10% discount on hourly darkroom rates
  • 10% discount on hourly digital lab rates

 

 

 

Toy Camera Level $125

All of the above plus:

  • 10-20% Discounts with our business sponsors (listed on our sponsor page)
  • 10% discount on classes and workshops
  • 10% discount on studio rental rates
  • Admission for two to members-only classes & events

What does your membership support?

 

Membership helps us to keep workshops and rental facilities costs affordable as well as help in facility upkeep.

Membership allows us to bring dynamic modern, fine art and documentary photography exhibitions into our gallery. It also helps fund our Artist in Residence program.

Membership helps provide money for our Scholarship Fund, a program intended to help bring photographic education to those who demonstrate need. It also helps us to participate in outreach programs that help add vibrancy to our community by contributing to its development and cultural enhancement.

Membership allows us to continue to grow. Your gifts have helped us in building our recent expansion project and will continue to allow us to move toward a future that sustains the arts in the Portland community and beyond.
